Refined sugar vs natural sugar. Have you ever wondered what is the difference?
Osteoporosis is the thinning of bones. There are several causes of this. One of them is diminished hormone levels due to aging. Another is a lack of 84 minerals. Bone is made of a lot more than just calcium.
Tooth Decay also has several causes. One of them being ‘negative‘ bacteria. But as with bones—the teeth need all 84 minerals to have their maximum integrity.
In both cases a major contributing factor ——is REFINED sugar. I emphasize the word refined & here is what that means & why it contributes to these problems.
Sugar in its natural form often comes from the sugarcane plant. In this form it contains at least 84 minerals & they are aligned- arranged in a very specific-‘sacred’ pattern —- like a complex puzzle.
This is the way the body wants it. Sugar is extremely important to our health. Another example is that it is the fuel that drives the brain.
How cranky do you get if you are low in blood sugar?
Each mineral is dependent upon ALL of the 84 minerals to be able to do the 1000’s of things each mineral quietly does for us all day each day.
Natural Sugar is dark brown & in fact has a rainbow of colors from all of the 84 + minerals that is sharply different in color and it’s impact on our health than the white we are used to seeing & consuming. The ‘Brown Sugar‘ that we see in the grocery store is bogus. It is nothing other than refined white sugar with a few of the minerals that were removed when processed- in the form of molasses poured back into it—-this is to deceive you.
What do you end up with when you refine sugar cane?
2 piles of stuff:
- 1 pile is a bunch of black syrupy stuff that contains all of the minerals—–that’s called black strap molasses. This is NOT the molasses you see in the grocery store which is another sham.
- The other pile —- a bunch of white stuff called carbohydrates. In essence calories. That is what you have been consuming.
Why do they refine sugar?
There are two reasons:
- To make it look better — uniform — white vs brown & black (isn’t that always the prejudiced —- white is better?) It is the same as with salt —- it sells better.
- They sell the 84 naturally occurring minerals to the drug companies as well as other industries to be used to create other products.
What do they do with the leftovers —- the garbage? They feed it to us.
Ok — let’s get to nitty gritty —- what does it do to our bones & teeth?
The carbohydrates which are hugely important to our biochemistry are trying to do their job—-give us fuel for energy & then feed our brain. Th need those minerals to do so —- so they leach them from the parts of our body which the highest concentration of minerals —– our bones & teeth —- & their structure gets thin & weak.
Poison is anything that is not natural or something natural that has been altered. Sugar & salt are 2 prime examples!
Please — read this short article & especially the part on refined sugar & mental health. —–here is just one excerpt-
‘In addition, sugar drains and leaches the body of precious vitamins and minerals through the demand its digestion, detoxification and elimination makes upon one’s entire system. So essential is balance to our bodies that we have many ways to provide against the sudden shock of a heavy intake of sugar. Minerals such as sodium (from salt), potassium and magnesium (from vegetables), and calcium (from the bones) are mobilized and used in chemical transmutation; neutral acids are produced which attempt to return the acid-alkaline balance factor of the blood to a more normal state.’
